          | This DVD-R edition has been mastered from a very-good but incomplete 35mm nitrate print, however the results of the older analog video transfer with its lower resolution are not much better than those from a very-good 16mm reduction print. The full-frame video transfer is slow to recover from density differences between shots and often their are blasted-out highlights. This edition would have benefited from an updated video transfer. The film is accompanied by a cobbled-together score of preexisting film music. Currently, this the only known home video edition of Romance of the Wasteland.
