Synopsis: [?] [From The Moving Picture World]? The city was in the bands of the black hands down to the black hands of the black-faced cops. Lily loved the black chief and showed the love by a fine, fat roasted chicken. That is what started the next scandal for the newspapers. Fired by Mrs. Kash for this offense, Lily tried the black hand stunt, and believe me, Mrs. Hard Kash came over.
